ill pm you bro

^no scoop, i just got to set some time aside to do some work on it, i think i know what the problem is. BTW, i got my coilovers in yesterday and im putting them on the car today

ok, so a lil update...

I got a new set of factory cams and replaced them. I made sure that the cam and cas timing was perfect... get done, start it up, acts exactly the same as before...

well then im out of ideas bro, you reset the cam position and dist position ?

yup everything is spot on, it seems a lil better, but nothing to noticeable and i still have to retard the timing to get any power out of it.

also, i disconnected the tps to time it, but forgot to plug it back in, i drove it, plugged the tps back in and i felt no difference with or without the tps plugged in. the weird thing though is that it feels OK with or without it plugged in.

could it be possible that the tps is the issue?

Feels same with and without TPS? When you step on it full throttle does it buck and act shitty?

Mine did the same when I put it back together. I guess I was a tooth off on the crank. Cams lines up perfect. Took it to ajp and charged me 180 and got a it perfect

nope, with or without, it feels the same. i checked the ecu for codes, came up with a 43(tps malfunction) but it could be caused by the fact that i drove it with it unplugged. i cleared the codes and its reading 55 now (no malfunction). imma take it for a ride and see if the 43 comes back

i do not think this is the problem

your timing has to be off and i would change the tps if you got no change with it un pluged
