According to a rumor I heard from Shappa(not confirmed) in Poland they have 1 day every couple of months or something where the streets are shut down and you can do slide or do whatever. Again not confirmed but something I was told.

This happens, but only in my city - Łódź - there are "drift legal" drift events and "street legal" drag events held on city streets in the summer season.. here are some of the results
