Wow you are one angry little elf.

Take your own advice, seriously.

I'm not a ZT member and don't really give a fuck about what they say, do, etc.

I think people have a right to know what they're buying, period.

You trust china parts, fine. I know enough about manufacturing in China to know that I don't. Idc if Enjuku or HKS is polishing it up, I'll still be critical of anything manufactured there.

Have you ever used, driven on, or inspected an Isis part?
If you got money to waste, by all means, waste it. Theres no fucking point in buying a tomei expreme manifold. I can buy an ISIS one that will LAST just aslong, sound just as good, and save me enough money so I can still buy booze and go to the titty bar.

thanks on the input and entertainment fellas! lol j/k i think im gonna give this a try when i get my bright futures check from school!!!:bigthumbu

*yawn* Have you x-ray'd the welds on a tomei vs an isis? Have you measured the thickness of the metal? Have you measured tensile strength of each? Have you done long term testing of each? Would you mind sharing the results? Do you know any flow data on the turbo? Does Enjuku even know? If they do, why don't the share it? Or are you just babbling?

I made a factual statement about the origin of the parts - they are china parts. My opinion of chinese parts is just that, an opinion. I don't claim to know ANYTHING beyond what I've said. I will always doubt mystery chinese parts, especially turbos. Don't like it? Cry about it.

Im not here to argue or anything. But you'd be surprised to find out where HKS parts, Tomei parts, Tein parts, Greddy parts, Battle Version parts, Drift works parts, PBM parts, were manufactured. There are hardly ANY companies that build ALL of there parts, everyone sources certain parts from here and there, whether it be china, or Taiwan, etc etc.

The ISIS manufactuers have been trying to get us to sell there stuff for YEARS. Ken told them, sorry because in that day and age, if you DIDN'T have HKS or APEXi, or Greddy, you were a faggot. No one would've bought ISIS a couple of years ago. But now, with the economy the way it is, the way the market is going, people need breaks.

So we told ISIS how we want certain parts manufactured, and then WE test them, like the coilovers on my car, the suspension arms on my car, the exhaust and test pipe on my car, and the short shifter as well that's on my car, all from ISIS, all working 100%. I'll be running the ISIS turbo on my SR ae86 as well as some other ISIS motor parts.

And im not telling everyone, hey don't buy other stuff, just buy ISIS. I still enjoy HKS Hi powers, and Greddy TI-C's and other parts. ISIS is just another option for those who are less fortunate and can't afford to play with the big dogs.

And i'm not saying ISIS is better than such and such. They're up and coming, and proving every day that they're aren't just crap china parts.

We're not just a business trying to steal your money for crappy parts. Call me anytime you need anything, I'll take care of you the best I can.

Thanks,
BG

Blackguy, im glad you have had good experiences and I'm glad you're working closely with the manufacturer. I am well versed in outsourcing, licensing, join-ventures, and every other kind of international business strategy, no surprises here.

Mind sharing who the manufacturer is?

Getting me angry?

incorrect.

I have an extremely foul mouth, and rather enjoy talking down to people.

but anyways, whats your deal on China shit.....cause heres what im gettin at.

You're an "old school" dood. Back when you started drifting in 03 or whatever, all you had was gnarly expensive shit. Now, you're like an old man. You refuse to believe that china shit can be good and you're stuck in your ways.

News flash grandpabro, China shit is just as good as you're beloved parts made in j-land.

haha old man.

No, chinese manufactures have limited quality control. This is a known fact. Nothing has changed. Watch the news? Its what us old people do. Try it.

And I never said anything about what parts I like or where they come from, you just keep making assumptions.

limited quality control....hmmmm...
Could that be why Ken, BG, or Hachi personally inspect all the Isis shit before it is sent out? Isnt that a form of quality control? If it looks like shit, it gets sent back.....seems as though they do that to control the quality of the products they sell.....oh my.....

well, you hate china shit, so if ya like china shit, you're a hypocritical old man.

Dude, chinese manufactures cut costs by sourcing cheaper materials (among other things). Idc if god looks at the parts - if the materials are crap or there are air bubbles in the castings or the metal wasn't properly treated prior to welding or whatever, the naked eye won't necessarily see it. Tons of chinese parts have quality control problems - people wouldn't install the parts in the first place if they could tell something was fucked. You don't open the box to a cracked RUCA and install it. This is not to say that all j-land or usa made parts will be perfect either. BUT there is no arguing that chinese manufactures operate with limited liability which is why they will do anything necessary to cut costs.

And I am not a hypocrite. I never once said don't buy these parts. Idk how many times i have to say it - i think its important for people to know what they're getting so they can properly assess risks on their own and make their own decisions. Lets stop going around in circles now...unless you just like talking to me. <3

great input there man. See, tons of people get on here and share their opinion on certain products, however, companies like enjuku should come out and shine some light like you did. I am consiidering buying this kit over any ebay kit ALL DAY.

I appreciate ur opinion and agree, however, something tells me this: hks, tomei, garrett,>isis>ebay all day. IMO So i feel that isis is a step further than ebay. besides, this turbo is not gonna be running 24 pounds or anything of such sort, simply 14. I don't think it can fail at 14.

Have you ever used, driven on, or inspected an Isis part?

I rock isis shit on my car and can't complain. I wanna get their coilovers if they had them!!!!

Damn man, I wish I would have known that. Me and my boy just spent ALOT of money with enjuku, a deal would have fucking been awesome.

Maybe next order? I need a fuel pump and some parts soon, again..

We've sold about 15-20 of the turbos since we released them, so there are plenty of people using them ;).

I have their test pipe and short shifter and they are working 100%

Once i get enough money, then i will be getting the v2 ka mani, z32 maf, and the intercooler kit.

I havent seen or read any bad reviews on their products yet and im pretty sure if someone does have a problem, then Ken or the other enjuku guys will take care of it asap.

If you've seen any bad reviews on their products, then post them up. If not, then shut up.

Back to the topic, if you dont feel like pieceing together a kit, then go ahead and get it, then give us a review on it. Wanna hear more on that turbo.

Since I just installed the isis manifold on my car I will put my .02 in... For the money it is good. That being said, it fit like shit. I had to reem out every hole in order just to get it to go over the studs. And I don't mean a little, I am actually a little concerned with how much material I had to remove. Looks like the jig they are using is off, or maybe I just got one of the bad ones in the bunch. I have installed many different types of exh manifold on sr20's and I have never had to do that to any other manifold.

Aside from the fitment I have no complaints. Quality of the material and welds appear to be good. Once on teh engine there were no probelms fitment wise anywhere else. Plenty of clearance from bmc, steering shaft etc.
Even with the fitment problems I would recommend it to others as the closest "name brand" manifold is at least twice as much $, but like in anything else in life, you get what you pay for.
