^ Why are so many tax dollar's WE SPEND being spent on putting stupid ass marijuana possesion case's in jail. Personally... I'd rather see the BILLIONS of dollars being spent on marijuana being put towards putting murder's, Child molesters , and serious drugs dealer's involved with crack heroin and meth behind bars.

Oh, but you forgot about the bar flies that sit in bars from around noon till 3am drinking. Or what about the people that but pack after pack of ciggs? Yes its legal, but they are throwing their money/lives away no?

And the wiki link, read the whole 5 paragraphs, it is actually right on the money when it comes to how Henry scared the public with promoting Reefer Madness, the the whole marihuana tax act of 1937.

Do you think they are only going after the marijuana possessions? If people would just obey the law we wouldn’t have this problem..

What about the people that Smoke ciggarette's and die from cancer..? They may not ruin their live's while they smoke until they get a terminal illness...

Or How about the people who drink alcohol... They RUIN their lives... at least some of them i wont say all of them the RESPONSIBLE drinker's are ok to me. for instance... if i know ill blow more then .8 I'll call a cab. Instead of killing someone's father or son/daughter. Theirs tons of alcohol related accident's I wish i knew the number's

Money is spent on these 2 why didn't you include them in your list?

and what about drinking and driving vs smoking a (flying) driving? drunk people tend to speed and cant stay in their lane . stoners are slow, cautious, and when they cut you off they flash a peace at ya... thats courtesy
