i like the pictures alot...my only problem with it is...the floor looks too plain...like it looks like the image was erased or something everything else has more visuals and the floor is just plain kinda makes you go back and forth. i dunno, thats what i think at least. other than that. great shots.

awesome job.

how many times have you done this?
you did a good job cloning out the rig.

also is this a composite?

I agree. The ground is to blown out and is taking away from the car.

i dont understand what is happening. But the pics are super sex.

and i saw Juan's car at BK last week... i was like o shiz its ObiJuan.

there is a poll that is hanging off the car, and the camera is attached to it.

then you shoot the picture using a slow shutter speed, and push the car, or drive slow.

yea since when did juan get a magic paint job change through a photo lense?

other then that nice work

great stuffs....now if he was drifting that woulda been cool
Working on it when the "updated rig" gets in from the brown truck

awesome job.

Thank You! This is my 5th time at a car rig attempt. It is not a composite. It is one image that was only touched in PS when opened in RAW and the border and watermark. It only took me a few minutes this time but usually cloning out the rig does not go so smoothly, LOL.

damnit squeek i totally forgot you told me you wanted to do this! give me a couple week sor so homie!
Let me know. The "updated" rig should be in by next week!

I kinda like it like that. Its a pretty new building so the floor isn't grey yet, but I know what your saying.

I'll do a re-edit of the first one to get it darker and see how everyone like that....

most rig pictures i have seen are multiple shot composites.

take a picture of just the car lit up, then do one exposing for the floor/ground, then one for the rims.
with that approach you will get better results. takes longer but its a lot better.

where did you buy your rig from, or did you build it yourself?

Haven't seen much composite rig shots lately over at POTN (canon forum). Can you lead me to a link or anywhere showing these composite shots? And the rig is just put together by the normal stuff, suctions cups, super expensive pole to hold the magic arm at the end, etc.

Only way to go is 10-20mm. And maybe you should check you monitor settings, there is a difference between clarity and brightness. My monitor has been calibrated using DATACOLOR Spyder3 ELITE.
