My drift slut don't wanna start!!

So been trying to get my shit runing and nothing.
The car started a few days ago but it was not spark to cylinder #3, I check the cap and rotor and they were pretty bad, so I changed them and now im not even getting spark at any of the plugs, got fuel though.
I check for codes and im getting code 21 - (Ignition signal in the primary circuit is not being entered to the ECU during cranking or tuning)
Well I went to advance today to buy some plugs that I needed, and ask the old guy there and he said that my ignition module could be bad.
So right now idk what I can do to get this fix I have try everything(except swaping ECU and harnnes, cuz there is voltage to the plugs) and getting nothing in return, so if anyone out there got any answers that could help me get this thing up and running ill apreciate it a lot.
Thanks johan

Na yet, I have 2 coils, try them both but nothing. What im gonna try is take the ignitor of the one not in use and see what happens.

u swapped the distibutor right? did u put the timing in the right place? check that

Update:So I got out of work around 11pm and dicided to work on the car.
I had another ignition module laying around, so I install it to rule that out, make sure that everything was at TDC and dizzy at right spot, try starting it and nothing.

So after the first time it started back when I swap in the motor, I dicided to re-run my harness under the intake, after I did that the car never started but I did not know that was the reason for it not starting. So tonite after trying the new plug(bkr7e) and "not getting spark", I dicided to run the harness back on top like the stock one, try starting it, and BAM it runs its still idle kinda wierd but it runs.

Now I notice ones again that all spark plugs are black and strong smell of fuel(my aem wideband was reading 10.0)except #3, idk why its doing this though.
I got a new cap and rotor so I figure that the plug would fire up.
Now what can cause the plug not to fire up, if that's the problem.
There is fuel going into cylinder #3 because when I swap the bkr5e for the 7e's the plug smell like fuel.

What motor is this? Sr or ka? If its sr, check the plug gaps. It should be between .025 and .028. It could be a weak coil on cylinder #3 as well. If it's a ka, pull the plug out of the cylinder and stick it in the end of the plug wire and touch it to ground while someone cranks the motor to see if its getting spark.

He changed the cap and rotor, not the distributor.

Its a ka, and yeah the cap/rotor are new, the cables are a coople of months old. I took it off and put it in my friends car and no problem.

make sure youre getting spark. if you are make sure gap is right. if you still have the problem check your injectors make sure none are stuck open or closed. and while your at it test the ignition coil and module as well as making sure all their grounds are clean.

ok, you should probably stay out of the tech section

So you changed cap/rotor because you had no spark to the number 3 cylinder (how did you realize this), you run the harness one way and the run wouldn't start? Thats kind of weird. Ok so your getting fuel (alot of fuel), maybe your fouling out the plugs with all the fuel maybe thats your problem. I would try pulling the wires off the plugs and holding them to ground and make sure theres at least something trying to get to the plugs and checking the gap of the spark plugs. Is your computer throwing any codes?
