egr one more time

ok this has been discussed b4 but im looking for a quick fix to block my egr ... can you unbolt from header and plug it with a nickle or what ever and bolt it back on to header without cutting or removing anything

no u cant just remove the pipe without blocking it or ul have a massive vac leak

ok let me be more clear unbolt pipe from exhuast end only..... plug it.... bolt it back up !!!

i just want a quick fix i dont feel like taking the intake mani off

Exactly. You will only accomplish poorer fuel economy

I don't see any problem with the nickel thing. You're just gonna have a useless pipe going across the firewall, no biggy I guess since it's a 240.
