ok ive got an sr20det swap...oversized oilpan wit ebay fpr....it came with bent fuelrail...i tried an altima rail no good..put the oem rail an it kept blowin injector o-rings ...when that happened it jus ran like shit but it ran....i replaced them wit new oem o-rings
now the other day on the way to werk it started to act like it had a bent valve...
the car started after it stopped the first time then i popped in gear while rolling then when i parked it it wouldnt fully turn over like a bent valve.....
it didnt overheat..no sound of dentonation....jus no start...but a half turn...i towed it home pulled valve cover....upper intercooler piping...when i pullled tb side i realized the entire intake was full of fuel...when i turn it wit the plugs still in it still acted as if it had a bent valve..lockin up like i thought bout the fuel and how much there was i removed the plugs an once i did that the engine would turn by hand properly...so has anyone heard of thiss happening and does anyone have an idea on how to remove all this fuel from intake and also the pistons have fuel also....i checked the fuelrail again and realized that an o-ring was pushed out 3 of the injectors r missing the tiny little caps is it possable that an injector is stuck open regaurdless of the o-ring??????????so plz if anyone has had this issue can u help me plz id appeciate it...i need to get to werk and tommorows my day off so id like to fix it....

ya leave the plugs out and turn the key with the cas disconnected that will not let fuel to come out the injectors but will blow the fuel out the cylinders. when you do that pull your fuel rail off with the injectors attached to the rail. get a friend to turn the key to start and watch the injectors. i think you have a fucked injector.

I agree but wat should i do to get the fuel out of the intake...without removing it

When you replaced the O-rings did you lubricate them properly before putting the injectors back in the fuel rail? If you don't lube them up the o-rings they normally tear or get pinched and that would cause a lot of fuel to surge into the cylinder......

no ididnt but even when it pushed out b4...it didnt fill the intake an cylinder chambers wit fuel...i think i have a stuck injector cause ive never seen so much fuel accumilate..in the intake track...

Not start it, just turn the key to the on position. If there are leaky injectors, you can tell as long as the fuel pump is on and there's pressure in the lines.

ok well wat bout my intake bein full of fuel.....isnt that enough to believe i have a fuxed injector

lift up the fuel rail and have the key in on position watch for fuel to come out very simple fuel should only come out when cranking the engine over. you better hope u didnt bend a rod from hydrolocking it was running when it shut off or did it just not start after sitting?

no it was runnin then wouldnt start ...once i relieved pressure from plugs i check rotation an it turn like normal..

to find out what injector just turn on the car(if you can) and start disconnecting one injector at a time...each time you do it the car should start running a lil rough but if the car still runs the same without the injector connect that means thats the one thats fucked.

well im gunna change all 4..cause the whole intake was full of fuel the most rediculous shit ive ever seen...and instead of checkin cause three injectors r missing those little caps
an i think thats why its blowin the o-rings out

lock it up throw this post out
