13's on an S14

Im not a 240 guy at all so I did a search and didnt come with much....
Eventhough its obviously not popular setup ...

I think the S14s rotors are 10" ...but overall :
Will 13x7 wheels with a ZERO offset will clear 4 lug S14 brake calipers

Any info from the 240 homies will be defenitely apprectiated.
