just go to homedepot, buy a nice big peice of lexan., say 3/16-1/4 should do. then make a templete out of cardboard. trace it on the lexan. cut out. then install with some silcone, and sheet metal screws. pre-drill the holes first or the lexan will crack. also if u tape off the edges and paint it black u can give the effect of a stock glass peice. u might also want to add suport braces down the middle so the lexan wont flex.
