if your talking about the little little hardlines(im not sure size) right underneeth the tb, just go to any parts store and buy the lil pack of vacuum plugs that fit it (cost me about 3 bucks for a pack of like 6 or so) and plug them. thats what i did but to tell you the truth i dont know what can happen if you leave them open, but ill do it just to make sure.

goodluck!

im pretty sure all of mine except one is blocked off and the one thats not goes to the intake
not sure tho

well just finish up, put it back in place and see if theres anything wrong,
but would still go get some plugs.

like in that site you just posted up, the kid that wrote that had the plugs on all of them too.

What exactly are the benefits of doing this

i am sick and tired of a cluster fucked engine bay... and you "make hp" by doing this... not th reason why i am doing it though.

if only i had the skills and time to take apart the harness and get rid of all the shit that i didnt need and move some wires around i would be super happy

if u had the time id say pull off the intake mani and remove the sh!t that way, its actually pretty easy just the blots that bolt to the head and one on the bottom, and it does free up soooo much space

here are some links i used

what did you do about the larger charcol line running to the cansiter... is that the only one that is capped?

thanks

your welcome ivan... now if i can only figure out what the hell to do with the larger line that goes to the charcol filter. I think that it needs to be capped but im not totaly sure.

yes u can cap that line, i removed it and capped it near the firewall to get ride of the exta bs

no its not the only one capped, i think theres 1 more

Eidt* ok i just checked theres one on the TB that gets capped and one behind the TB on the intake mani, oh and instead of the nickel i used part of a can as a sealer between the mani and the egr

ok i dont quite understand what you mean. I got the car started and because of that one larger vac line that is under the TB its making the car idle high its either that or because there is no egr anymore im not sure.... someone please help i got the car running but i need it to idle right.

yes please take a pic. I did follow that site, but he didnt say what he did with that bigger one. does it get conected to the intake or what? and i cant seem to figure out why the car is idleing to high.
