Car shows are kinda boring. I got there an hour before it was over and was kinda glad. It was suppose to be over at 5 but it was around 6 when we took the big group shot with all the cars lined up. Its hard to get creative at a car show.

All in all I had a blast and using a 70-200 f2.8 was sex. Oh yeah and procco's pizza. Grade a stuff. If your ever in orlando goto his place. Tell him jdot sent you.

Arm and some fingers...really expensive but it depends on the mark which you go with. And the size, wide angle and so on.

Are you guys talking about his fisheye lens? I think it's a Nikkor 10.5 f/2.8. It's not that expensive...like 500 bucks i think.

BTW nice pics dude, looked like a really fun meet. Maybe it's my monitor, but the colors seem kind of dull on some shots. Do you have a D200?

yea thats the lens i was talking about, if it is 500 then its not bad considering other prices ive seen for other lenses

The fisheye is a Tokina 10-17mm Canon mount when i bought it about a year ago it was over $600. The 70-200 f2.8 Canon is over 1k new, that was a friends. Canon 17-85 IS I bought used for a little under $400 I'm selling it to a friend for $300 and including a lens hood. Exif data is on all of the pictures so you can tell what shutter speed and crap.

Brut when are you coming up to shoot the car because I just pm'ed the guy about shooting it. He said he's got a few things he's waiting on. I'm not trying to step on any toes. Pm if you need to.

WannaB I desat most of the pictures. It seems to be my style. It works for some others it doesn't. The reason I say they are craptastic is because I busted them out in about 4hrs. I only placed my watermark on the shots because they were placed on a forum with other people taking pictures at the event so I had to set myself apart.

Ahh. Got it, everyone has different preferences. It was only noticeable on some pictures, the others were fine and yeah with a slight desat they actually look better.

Yes Nikon has stepped their body game up. The d300 and d3 are sick.

I was actually at proco's yesterday and he was like yeah I need like 4k to break into the 8s and I was like with 4k I can buy one lens that I want. Canon 300 f2.8 IS mmmmm sex. Everyone was like what one lens.

I'm not baller at all. I just spend my money on camera stuff. If you saw my car you would be like dang. I have more money in gear than in my car.
