What about a pumpkin for a helmet? I was going to rock that out, but I'm not sure Ter-Tech would call it an appropriate helmet :D :D
 
The insurance company will probably be pressuring them to be strict, because in the end, they just want to cover their own asses (the insurance company). And especially being a parking lot event, that Ter-Tech battled for the insurance for months, they dont want to give the insurance a bad impression and have them not allow it to happen again. You guys do want to keep going to parking lot events right?

I would suggest to those saying "Yeah Ter-Tech always allowed it" to try to fix up as much as they can before the event so you could lower your chances of being hassled. Do it for Ter-Tech's sake and your own.

looks like we have to postpone the event two more weeks till the weekend of Nov. 19-20. We can't get the delivery guy to bring down the safety cones since there is no gas or power. Anybody who already pre regged can get a refund or use it against the next event just e-mail me which you want to do.( harri@ter-tech.com ) Very sorry about this but no one expected Wilma to cause such a damage. called FPL today told me that Nov. 22th I might get power. went and bought a generator so I can let you guys know whats going on. Sorry again for any trouble this has cost you.

Sorry I forgot to turn the [sarcasm] [/sarcasm] in the last post. I say I should have went to D Day cause the space in between the 2 events would have given me enough time to save up for the next.
 
Quick Question.... is this event still up for Nov 6? I don't know if the hurricane/gas situation will effect the event or not.... my area Port Saint Lucie county hsa gas, etc... but from my understandings, Ft Lauderdale was trashed... So... any news?

Wait so you have to have the windows up for the event? That is a safety hazard. If someone crashes the windows should be down so you can pull the drive out. But what ever floats your guys boat.

This is to prevent a driver putting his hands out the window like on the July 31st event.
