i just recently move to a new house as of the first
i went to get my car on tues of this week from the old house
at 5801 royal palm blvd margate fl
and both cars were gone
the landlord has a property manager who had the cars towed
but will not give up information on who towed or where the cars were towed
a police report was filed for grand theft for both cars....
and they r liable.
the property owner is playing games as is his manager
so im puttin out the info for help...as i am calling all junkyards in the surrounding areas and getting nothing
i have receipts for everything i bought new on the blk coupe
the longblock,mines ecu,etc...
the grey hatch was my project..
please if anyone see them in a junkyard towyard or any where

the coupe was crashed recently and has red fenders cracked windshield
and bent rad support but otherwise complete
grey hatch was a shell but had the body work started...originally maroon

WTF dude are you kidding me! I live in margate too, on rock island and holiday springs blvd. I'll keep an eye out around here to help you out. I see those cars when I go to the post office. I always wondered who's they were lol But anyways GL man :(

after you find this out, try doing a search on them. who knows..maybe they are part of all the other cases of 240s being stolen

the police just got this together
and r following all the info now
they spoke to propert manager and the owner...ttold her shes gunna be charged with grandtheft auto...
but still were getting the run around
the gave me a number for rustys auto salvage but the sub out tow driver so their not liable
for stolen cars etc...
 
Is it really stolen if you move and leave your property?
I know if your evicted you get 30 days then what's left is the owners property called forfeiture I believe.
If you moved out and gave a date or was given a date then after that date same thing. Your shit that was left becomes theirs. By law

I would say gl with getting your shit back but.....

No one here can help you get your cars back, only person to talk to is the person who called the tow company.

+1 this doesn't make sense. How does a dude tow your car and not have any info. I mean what number did he call? Did he get a receipt?

Nvm just saw that the police are talking to him and getting info.

the cars are stolen since the person who had them towed will not give up tow company
or correct tow company...
cars were not abandonded
or was there any eviction process done thru the county on the property...
 
Bullshit man. Property manager is just shirking his responsibilities. Hope the cops press him hard. GL getting your shit back man, every day it's in lockup is like 100 bucks.
 
Yeah just so by the time I got cars there stripped
Dumb ass lady sold them as owner gave a copy of DL and her finger print
 
This lady who is the property manager
Having no proper eviction papers or shit
Sold my cars to tow driver
Signin her name
Givin a copy of her DL and fingerprint
then wouldn't give up tow co so my car would be crushed by the time I knew better
