Will my tire look stretch on this rims???

As much as I want your car to look like shit, like everyone elses car on this god forsaken site, I should inform you that on 9, you have to run. 215-40-17 to get a good stretch. That's what I run. Also learn what the numbers mean.

Yoo I know wat those numbers mean the tires are going on the back dummie I don't want a huge stretch 215 or 225 is not going to be that wide for the rear and I want something wider like I said I don't want that huge stretch I just posted this here just to get an idea ok dummy get a license u seem to be retarded anyways thanks for everyone else for their comments

go to tyrestretch.com shows all different size rims and tires stretched. :) hope it helps

and who are you to say everyones car looks like shit... and if this "godforsaken" sight annoys you then sign off for good... otherwise shut your fucking mouth... its quite obvious he doesnt understand but hey we were all there at one point... ok now that we have established that, a 215/45 or a 225/40 would look real nice.

Hotstuff, let's be real. U can count all the decently built 240's in south fl on one hand. Ur playing with yourself if you think otherwise. And 215-40 will look better, a 215-45 sidewall is a bit hefty, but since he now states this is forthe rear, do the 225. In the front where most people run 17x9 the 215-40 is stat quo.
And hey I come on here for a good laugh, I hope you don't mind.
To op. Go to rimtuck.com to see good stance. Great insparation.

we dont drag race...

Drifters can run big tires too, I know of people running 265/40 on 12s. Maybe driver mod would help, if you had bigger tires?

A 215/45 is 96mm tall, a 215/40 is 86mm tall. Less than 1/2" difference, far from what I call "a bit hefty."

And who are most people? I run 225/45/17 all around on 17x9s, and I don't drag.

i ran 245/40/18, 245/45/18, 255/35/18 all on my 18x10. i even ran some 265/35/18 in the front. front grip was ridiculous.

also dont run shit tires. shit tires are way too inconsistent when they get hot. some chunk and in the case of the dunlop sp4000 they grenade themselves in a matter of 2 laps down to a flat.

if you want durability and grip run some maxxis. you can run them in the rear at 45psi. with its tiny contact patch at that pressure it still has more grip then a shit tire at 28psi or less.

sorry got off topic lol...ill save it for another thread.
