as much tec and shit this country has, it cud of been fixed, notice how obama didnt step in for a while and when he did all he did was apologize. but then again presidents are only there so that us citizens have someone to blame when shit hits the fan. the presidents are controlled and the ones who werent were killed. i read this from the redemption maual if you want a copy pm me
 
i heard that this guy has something that seperates the oil from water and that he owns the patent its just the matter of bp paying him to use it
