Fuck the Togue Factory, and who for Sparco stuff

Cheapest Sparco but slow and unorganized - TitanMotorsports.com (Orlando) call them once a week if want it on time.
other wise, standard prices and excellent service, awesome Sparco style splined quick release for $1/3 - LTBmotorsports.com (Melbourne)

Short Version: Togue Factory = sketchy,

Long version: I ordered Megan Racing s13 inner and outer tie rods from Togue Factory, received s14 tie rods with seized ball ends(both of them). Talked to MR and was told not to install them and to call TF for a return and that they would send out an extra set with TF's up coming order. I call TF and they try and convince me that s14 rods are fine for my s13 and that "MR needs pictures of the damage" in order to take my return... I tell the guy "I've already talked to MR and they didn't say anything about that but I'll do whatever needs to be done to take care of this" and he has me hold for a minute and comes back with a new story saying that now they will take them back and FedEx will pick up the box Friday... Monday i call FedEx and they tell me there was never a pick up scheduled for my house, and at this point i try calling TF and sending e-mails but some how no response? so i call VISA and start a stop payment for fraud. Two weeks late i get a phone call and now the parts should be back there and I'm waiting for my refund to show up before putting an end to all this BS.

$157 isn't going to break the company, I think this was all due to bad policy and lazy employees.

Fuck these guys I sent the shit back and no contact and no refund and VISA sucks ass too. I would have had more fun flushing that cash down the toilet.

That really sucks man, sounds about as bad as my experience with Enjuku Racing. They did my auto-to-manual swap, took them 2 months to do it. And when I got the car back, I didn't even make it home. Turns out they didn't reconnect a whole bunch of wires. And they installed a driveshaft that was 4 inches too long (which bored a pretty good sized hole in the tail-shaft). They still won't pay to get it all working right......Oh well....
