Wheel Size Question

you dont need to knock the size down you need to step up the offset.... 10's arent a big deal... but its whatever!

I don't know how a 10 will fit up front if I see some some guys with 9.5s that poke HARD. Maybe I just have more to learn. I'm all ears :)
 
it all depends on offset.. you can make 8's up front poke!

all depends on how low the offset is... do some research and base your decision upon what you learn!
 
I know the lower the offset the farther it pokes however, I don't want 10s up front with low offset that look like this

In my mind the 10s will either make the car not turn well or stick out like a lowrider.
 
Did you not see what i posted??? The guy is running 10.5 +27 up front with a 20mm(i think) spacer to clear coils and make it look aggresive ON STOCK FENDERS that are rolled. 18x10 is fine all around, minus well so you dont have to worry about getting wider wheels for wider tires when/if you do get some power.

If your worried about full lock then dont slam your car.

EDIT: These are 17x10 +20 in the rear and they seem to fit nice.

I have the 10.5s too and im pretty sure for my s13 that i would need at least a 15mm spacer to clear coil up front.

You keep posting up s13's. S14's have more wheel space than a s13. Dont worry about the back, you have nothing to worry about, it should fit. Might be a little sunken though, so you might want to get some spacers.
 
As long as they wont hit the coilover running spacerless in the rear. In the front I can imagine needing spacers but then wont the fronts poke out more than the rears?

To clarify do u have a s13 or 14???? because u posted about a s14 but u keep posting s13s....


U should be more worried about hitting ur caliper then hitting ur coilover, and spacers arent bad, plus if u get that honda fitment posted before then ur just doing it wrong....

But yes, dont listen to 90% of the fanboy assclowns here. Those sizes will be conservative enough to throw them on with nothing more than a baby roll and daily-drivable camber. You can go 10+25 all around, but it seems you already know you'll need fender work, stretched tires and camber up the asss.

When i say fender work up front, if you want to go low enough you also will have to bang the fuck out of the inner wheel well. Something else to think about.

Want make it easy for yourself... get the sizes you wanted. If front is weak for you when youre done, then throw a spacer. Bamf. Done.

If you had a choice, i would recommend something a bit wider up front with a bit more offset like bryant recommended, but yea...

Does the OP have upgraded brakes?

18x10's are a lot easier to fit with a s14 than it is with a s13.

Blaster, if your a fanboi and just want the wheels with less work(probably just rolled fenders) to be slammed then just get the 8.5 in front, but if you dont mind putting in the extra work to put the 18x10 up front then i say go that route.

Btw what kind of driving do you do? or is this just a dd?
 
I have a few questions to answer.

I have an s14.

I have z32 brakes.

It's a DD.

I am willing to roll (pull?) run a bit of a stretch, but I really want to avoid camber.

Also I think spacers are ghey, I'd much rather just have a set of rims that fits.

Remember guys I am not set on these rims, I've still got time. I am just trying to get some advice, sorry if it sounds like I am ignoring it, I'm just asking questions :x

Dont s14 se's clear z brakes?

Only 2, maybe 3 degrees camber at most will be used, not a biggy.

Do you want to be "flush" or it doesnt matter to you?
