ok. i want to tune my sr20det with around 260 to 280whp ..i have some 500cc jecs injectors " side feed " ,do i need high flow fuel rail ? also ,i know i have to upgrade the maf but i was reading some info around the internet..and some people says that i better get the n60 maf cuz i dont want more than 300whp.. they says that the Z32 maf if u dont do a good tune..you can loose power on low..is that true ?anyways..any help it will be very apreciate.. im gonna run a stock Rebuilt T25 turbo. and im planning on take the ecu to R.S. Enthalpy to get it tune.
also im thinking on buying an apexi afc ..

Don't think it's possible to run 260-280 on a t25. the most you'll be able to boost on that turbo is 14psi without loosing it.

R.S. Enthalpy told me that if the turbo is good i can put it 15 to 17psi. and easly get around 250-270whp... so..may be with 15psi holding it i can run that ?

R.S enthalpy told you that? damn. No way it will **hold** that amount. It may spike but not hold it. It's a t25. Maybe with an hks actuator but no way will the stock one do that. Unless R.S Enthalpy does miracles. I know their good but damn.

Sell it get an RB.

or get a gt2871r. This plus what you have will give you a bit over what you expect. Low 300's. You will have to upgrade to z32 maf however.

I've seen T25 run almost 18psi and hold... but not for long.
the T25 will start to burn oil soon after you exceed 12psi... Esti knows that too well. it will also generate more heat than a larger turbo... if it could run 17psi why would it be stock 7psi.
do the right thing and upgrade. I made 315hp and 306trq with a GT2871R, 550cc inj, and a AFC, NO TIMIMG ADJUST! I'm sure if i had a tuned ECU i could of made much better #s

my GT28 is finaly trash but its been in the car for 4 years and it has over 60k miles, it ran at 15 all the time. it just now started to go... it still runs ;)

I run my T25 at 1.0-1.1 bar. If i turn it down i can't drift 4th gear anymore so it stays. For tuning..I have a boost controller LOL.

I've made 254hp and 272tq @ 14.5psi on the stock t25.

I had 550cc injectors, SAFC2, stock actuator, cometic HG/arp head studs, stock MAF, Turbo XS hp boost controller and basic bolt ons.
The boost held fine.

It was tuned by Chris from GR Technology (now South Florida Turbo).

honestly I ran my t25 with a blown waste gate actuator forever on my motor. It was boosting at 20 psi, but I doubt anything after 15 was anything but hot air. honestly the turbo held up for quite a while, about a year and a half before it started burning oil at idle, but I would never ever recommend it! you'll need a bigger turbo for your goals. Your existing fuel rail is fine but I'd get a fpr with a gauge to monitor your fuel pressure and most assuredly a bigger turbo than the t28. I think juan nailed it with the GT2871R. honestly though if you're talking about making the power I'd worry about your head first and foremost. Grab a set of rocker arm stoppers and some stiffer springs before you start trying to make your motor 300hp, and a new set of valves couldn't hurt either.
