First set of wheels say "I know they are knock offs the have 10 lug holes." work did not make a universal lug pattern.

Incorrect, some Work wheels are dual drilled.

One company that always dual drills is Hart Japan, or Racing Hart here in the states. I think some Euro wheel companies do it also.
