gas: 87 oct what ever is the cheapest

suspension: eibach sport line springs and progress rear sway bar....

i kno this is a old ass thread but i jus traded for some tein inners (z33) and i wanted to know what options do i have for outers is it as easy as goin to advanced auto and pickin up some outers or am i limited to the types i can use???? please help pplz
