found this on the instructions of maximum motorsport and they say
When installing 25mm or 30mm wheel spacers
check to see how far the stock studs protrude
past the surface of the spacer. Look at the
backside of the wheels, between the lug holes,
to see if there is a recess deep enough to
accept the protruding length of the stock
studs. If not, you will have to remove the extra
length of the stock studs, cutting them off
slightly below the surface of the spacer. This is fairly easy to accomplish with a cut-off wheel in a handheld grinder. It can even be done
with hand tools, such as a hacksaw and file.
Tip: Thread a lug nut onto each stud before
shortening it. After you are done cutting,
removing the nut will help deburr the threads
so maybe i guess that means it makes it safe, if not just say u bought it from them and sue their ass lol
