If by that he meant that parts are expensive, then think again.

The main difference in "price" is because most Nissan owners shop for their "new" parts in junkyards.

Aftermarket is relatively similar priced.

The parts were expensive in the sence that you couldnt get them without custom fabbing shit. Either way, I found a hella good deal on a clean 240 coupe ftw! Not that i dont love me some german engineering its just that this is the cleanist on ive seen so far.
 
What pisses me off about the whole bmw vs nissan thing, is you guys dont really have a GOOD reason as to why you "hate" nissans, its always opinion, im sorry nissan built a good all around decent car, and its the car that everyone is screaming to be built again, 80% of people who want a 240 is so they can be jdm tite bullshit, me and my brother bought it because of what it was. So you guys wont be happy until theres a E30 at every fucking house? Fuck that shit, it would make the auto industry very boring, every one likes what they like. Also the whole 240s are so easy to drift, thats ALL driver, i can drift ANYTHING that RWD, a miata S2000 a fucking truck ANYTHING, not to mention I can probly get in your cars in like 2 laps and drive it better then you guys can, jesus it took you guys 5 years to get decent at drifting, so apparently it has NOTHING to do with the car its the DRIVER!

question is why 240 owners hate BMW owners...and if you have worked one you would know...e30 is one of the easiest cars you can ever work on...NIssan built all around a good car...have you ever driven BMW? yes it's little more work to drift one...but please...unless you have owned one and drifted one...then you can compare those two cars...I have turbo set up for my car and little more work for less than 2000 dollars (that's including the car)...and SR is how much?

well i aint got no prob with either nissan or bmw i thkn their both sick i think i think any car that can drift is pretty cool honestly

Answer to you questions:
Worked on a couple acctually at work, Drove one I liked it but Didnt like it, mainly the car is to big for me must be tall american/ german, not the cars fualt but mine. SR? pff i love my ka to much. Have i owned one nope just a 240 for 8 years now. BMWs are still NOT easy to work on, I acctually had to buy special tools to work on them. work on a cadillac catera aka Opel but made buy germans americans and mexicans. I thought that car was just as hard to work on as a BMW.

Until you showed up, it was e30 owners making fun of e30s, a handful of 240sx owners not getting the joke, and at most arguments between the drivers of each car instead of the car itself.
