$$$$ that Helicam company sells turnkey setups (helicopter, stabilizer setup, remote) etc but they start at 2k. Then camera equipment.

Here you go, google has a bunch of tutorials, the most important part is balancing the rig so it doesnt topple your 1k DSLR setup 80 feet from the air.

the ones I made, I basically added feet extentions to the Heli, and mounted the cam.
