With 2 tracks it seems like it would be pretty much open practice all day up until quilifying right? If so then we would be self regulating our own down time during practice which would be really cool. From a spectators stand point it might not be good cause after a certain time the track wouldn't have much action cause of the drivers taken down time(kinda what happened during tandem class practice at the casino), but maybe that won't happen...idk. From a drivers stand point it would be great to self regulate breaks.

You lift off the front straight at IRL? You are a pussy for sure.

Nah, just kidding. lol.

yea im a man. im not gonna bs anyone about whats up. that shit is really fast at 100+ already that we get to and its run off is less than PBIR. when i entered behind rob in 2011 and knocked off his bumper, pretty sure I was at about 110-115mph, we were in 4th for a long time floored. pretty "oh fuck here we go" kinda feeling haha

I see so many dudes talking about 100mph entry when big entry events come up.... just to watch them lift or brake at 80mph before they enter.

As far as this event.... I'd say it really depends on the lot/layout, and since you wont release it... then figure it out? lol. SWD at Zmax runs 2 courses, I felt like that lot is HUGE and it was still not really that great. But the course for us was pretty good, theirs looked weak and almost a waste. Too top it off, we had to drive in a one-lane wide area between the courses to get to our start line. Felt dangerous.

Tandem track needs to be like 6 times the size of casino event.
Just do one track. Like seriously. I don't know why everyone has such a boner over making the event suck with two little tracks.

I would say the same thing if I was entering that fast. lol

I'd rather see 1 track that is super bad ass, instead of 2 mediocre tracks. Plus, all the solo guys that want pics and vids of themselves wont get any because all of the media will mainly concentrate on the tandem track. Some solo drivers would like to stop, chill, and watch the tandem dudes kill it as well.

How about just one BIG ASS technical course where big power and street class cars can have fun on?

The problem with making a really fast huge track is the fact many of the drivers can't drift that fast nor is it even safe to let them try.

Hmmm. If only there was a solution for this problem. If only you could start the solo drivers closer to the corner for less of a run up. Too bad nothin like that could ever happen.

Wow you're so intelligent!...

I thought we were talking about making the track "big" as in long wide turns for fast drifting which a novice driver with ka powered 240sx can't do. So is your idea to make a massively long start only to slow down to a 35 mph sharp turn course?

I think his idea is to make a big long sweeper into a tighter slower coarse so the good guys could hit the first turn fast which will help keep speeds up the rest of it. The solo groups starts closer making the whole track slower for them.

Slower on run up means enter later.
Faster on run up means enter earlier.

This is simple, dudes.

This is what we do at cfrc. Beginners get a shorter run up, so they enter later. A class get a longer run up and we throw it in all sick like.
