Not bad. The hands need work. Goto Ikea and buy one of thoe wooden models. So you get an idea of how the body moves and it gives you a general form to sketch from.
 
f*&*% ikea thankyou!!!!ive been trying to remember where they sell them close by. Ive been drawing for a loong time but im not a master just yet hahahahahaha cant wat till i start my classes in anatomy in school. P.s. i know man i f$$& suck at hands it kills me thanks for the opinions
 
dude you want to get better at drawing hands. if your right handed place your left hand in different forms and sketch. dont do detailed drawings. I have close to 200 sketch books full of sketchs like that. practice makes perfect. it will also help n your art if you have a live model. you can get a friend to pose start with 30 second sketchs then move to 2 minute, 5 minute, and then 30 minute drawings (dedicated friend lol). You shold have taken life drawing before you left ai. That class changes your perception on everything. Plus you get to see really hot naked girls do some crazy ass poses. lol the bad part about that class is you also have to draw guys. lol but its pushed my art to the next level so i can't complain. Another thing try to break out of anime try different styles try to copy others work. -SAS
 
another thing that can help you with shading is wrinkleing up cloth or a paper bag and draw it without hard lines. it forces you to learn how to shade properly. hope this helps -SAS
 
In AI i took a drawing class (realism). Im not da vinci but i she never complained about my work. I just find it boring but hey i gotta do it to make right? Onward with the art!

LoL, it's been a minute since I sat down and really got into a piece... Ni-si and I at one point started having sessions... Ya kno trying to up are art skills, gotta get back into that bro!
 
i hate tates eveytime i walk in there i walk out with a bunch of shit i dont need lol. i got some weird shit from tates.

don't only draw anime, this even though is cool will get you used to drawing just that.... do some realistic stuff, like SAS says use your hand as a model, use friends as a model, sketch, sketch, sketch the more you practice the better, try buying a cheap trace table to work on the lines, etc....

i know EXACTLY what you mean..
im at the register and you see me running back to the kidrobot toys and picking up like 2 more boxes of fat caps, and getting an extra box of the hello kitty pocky, and like randomly adding shxt
