yes there is a scene, but people just dont have vip money....lol, i say if u're going to delve into VIP and make it ur own, but wont buy jap parts, then the shit better look like a million bucks for real, case in point, its like fanboys buying a 240 throwing some paint and an sr into it, with some knock off wheels and body kit then demanding 9000 dollars, u will have ur ass handed to u and will get no respect for it
