trying to pick new exhaust

ok guys i need help i am going to buy a new exahust for the shit box and i want to pick something that is going to retain the 3" exhaust but not be really loud as my current "death note" set up is.

im between

i am leaning towards these 2 exhaust because they are both flat and will give me the most ground clearance, seeing as how i have already split the current one i have but josh did help me fix that issue.

i know circuit sports is a good brand and this would more then likey be the better choice to have to cut back on noise and keep performance, i was just woundering how good or bad is that megan one? if its just as good i may just go with it.
 
ultimate clearance = buddy club ;) with a decent resonator/cat its fairly quiet @ idle and cruising and sounds pretty sick

Custom is the best way. Cause its made to your liking of course.
