transmission or diff problem?

s13 new clutch/pressure plate/slave. car wont move. but drive shaft spins but wheels wont move while car is in the air.car has a 180sx diff. lmk please.i havent bought the car yet. this is the only thing stopping me from getting the car

diff if d shaft moves and wheels dont broken diff or the rear brakes are locked

try to spin the wheels by hand.. if they turn they prob is in the diff.. not a big deal
