After several debates about the amazing build quality and greatness that is Toyota. I did a very bref search about some alleged flause with Toyota. Here are some links.

So my dear friends after several debates about Toyota vs bmw, and being told that Toyota is by far superior to bmw....... I will admit that Toyota is far better at killing its owners and causing accidents than bmw. So drive on Toyota owners and enjoy every minute of your drive. ....... It just may be your last! ahhahahaha......:laugh: ahhhahahah (in Vincent Price voice)

Actually it was like a10 min " let me see what I can find" thing. After being bombarded by Ben few times.I decided to strike back. honestly I love Toyota and I think its a great car. But I value my life more.
 
Really? Is this thread real life? You can search any vehicle manufacturer and find recalls that could potentially kill people.
 
Tim, I work for Lexus and I can tell you that in the 4yrs I've worked there, I have never seen a car come in for unintended acceleration.

You're a bad father. You let your son learn to drift in an FR-S. Don't you value your son's life? HAHA!
 
And ive done all these recalls tim, the unintended acceleration cars we had to shave the gas pedal bc ppl would stack floormats. And yes I had one that held the pedal down, and once the mats were out it never did it again. The sienna one is a shift solenoid that could undo the parking pawl. And the one with the rav4 is based on design. The rear arm has an adjustment similar to a aftermaket tension rod for an s-chassis as opposed to having a fixed rod with eccentric bolts. 2 different metals cause rust, the the rust lets it loosen off.
