Damn. I think he is using the Bee-R misfiring system on the Skyline. You just plug it up to your ECU, and you can set the rev limiter from 2500 and higher, and the intensity of the backfire. You must remove the cat to actually see the flames. My description sounds ricy, but it's cool as hell, so STFU! lol
