pull your credit history at freeannualcreditreport.com, if you wanna see your score go to freecreditreport.com, or myfico.com. myfico you can cancel by email/website (much easier) and freecreditreport you have to call them. do each before 30 days and you pay nada.

depending on your score (hoping to be in the 700s) you can get denied or approved. this all depends on how your bank wants to work with you. if you have a long standing history and a good relationship with your bank (or your parents do/ have alot of family accounts/ have alot of personal accounts in your bank) then the bank will try and pull strings to get you the best deal possible. I do this all the time since my entire family is with BofA and i have 3 accounts with them.

sometimes you just cant do it. with what your telling me you can probably have the score but they would probably pull some crazy shit out the ass about insufficient loan/installment payment history or insufficient credit history. if you already have a car loan or some other form of installment plan then Im sure with a 700s credit score you could get the loan you need.

if your bank doesnt work out, try a credit union. suncoast credit union actually helps out alot in the loan department, but you are also looking at higher interest rates depending on your credit history. probably looking at close to 6-7 with 675 and up scores.

good luck. try your bank first for the loan before you shop around.

I work for Bank of America.

You'd get owned if you do that. If it's not paid back within a reasonable time frame then they'll charge it off, that is IF AND I MEAN IF your matrix allowance is high enough to let it go through, and then you get sent to collections. After you take a charge off then you can't get a bank account ANYWHERE. All banks report to one database to kind of look out for each other in terms of bad customers. You have to get an override from a VP at the market level here to get an account if you have one.

Don't do it. I can't say it enough. Period. Take it from a guy who's been doing this 5 years now. I'm almost 99.9% that'll get declined in a heartbeat anyway. There are so many reasons why it would be. Most checkcards have a max $1000-1300 daily purchase limit. The fraud dept would catch that amount being way more than you've ever tried and decline it.

Overall it's just a bad idea.
