Timing problem

I was changing the distributor in my s13 yesterday only to realize the one I bought was broken. This screwed up the timing in my car, I put the stock parts back in but it's still off timing and the car won't start. Does anyone know how to fix this I am willing to pay for someone to fix this for me I need my car for work. Contact me at 305-338-6799 Luis
