alright... well its time for mean update
i have had a lot of more time to think about this.
I was hospitalized this morning of Aug 1st (i would have went last night, July 31 but it was late and i didn't feel like going), so i was there almost all day. It gave me some time to truly think it over. [it was nothing too serious]
I've come up with the conclusion that i AM still going to do it no way changing my mind , but i have changed some conditions on it. I've 50/50 decided on selling the cress because selling the cress would just be giving up on the cress. Ima just be TW on the cress to see how that works, if not im gonna save up as much cash possible, then when i have enough money i am going to do it.
I'd rather be able to keep the cress and do this at the same time. If not the cress will just help me get the cash faster.

btw i am also going to buy an electric pedometer and see how much i can walk in a hour/2hr/4hr/6hr/8hr tomorrow.(with 15 min stops between each 2(1)/4(3)/6(5)/8(7)hr break & getting my breath+re-hydrating myself . Since this will probably be long ass walks you need to give your body a rest.
This is how i planned it out in the last 10 mins. i have it on paper too, so i'll just scan it and show to you.
this is just to train my body to these intense conditions AND its good exercise

i also did all the math for all the hours plus breaks between and it comes out to 25hrs
1hr(60min)/2hr(135mins)/4hr(285mins)/6hr(435mins)/8hr(585mins)=1500mins=25hrs.... so i might just cut breaks to 10 mins, but i doubt u'd want to walk that long & longer breaks give your body more time to recuperate, so different days you could change up your walking routine. Your parents probably wont bitch at you half as much, take advantage of them while you can. Military wouldnt be a bad idea either, if I knew then what I knew now (parents would be dead before I turned 25) I would have signed up right out of high school....or I would have played college football (I had STACKS of letters) but thats a whole other story.
Its true.. that yea it can very tiring and it could make me flat out broke. I DO have a back-up plan for this if my situation comes to that. If i do accomplish this enormous task.. it'll show me i have to power to not just conqueror anything i put my mind to, but any problem that is set forth in front of me (maybe with help from people if need be). Yea, i will 99.99% come back to the EXACT same problems that are present now when i come back from this journey, but i will probably know how to face them properly and know how to solve them. Think i could find the love of my life or learn a valueable life lesson or save someones life. You never know WHAT can happen, it is what makes life so great... not being able to predict what will happen. You could win the lotto tomorrow for all we know, but would you know exactly what to do with it? I already do take advantage of everything in my life and it just doesn't feel right to me. I want to be able to depend on myself and other people to able to count on me. Yes, im still young im going to become 20 soon, but i want to be strong and ready for the future. Sometimes its a little push from yourself is all it takes to get you in the right direction. I see this as right direction... plain as day. Thank you for letting me write this, Sinister.

Yea we all agree to disagree and vice vera. Its nothing new, but its not all about fun for me. Spending that money would be money well spent knowing that it'll make me a better person. Its like.. how can you make other people happy when your not even happy with yourself? a) i don't have a job now and haven't had one in a LOng time b) im almost done with my AA and im barely 20. School isn't hard for me c) i have 2 cars, even if i sell the cress i still have my beater and i only have the key.

Yea im super lazy and hate doing anything that involves work that i don't NEED to do.... but when it comes to something i want to fulifull, put my willpower into and want to accomplish. I CAN do it.
I probably could get media attention doing this, but for me that doesn't concern me. I'll probably get a shirt made saying that im doing(simple) and that's about it.
There are people who have something sorta like this as a goal to reach once they retire but on a bike(think Easy Rider lol), with a few buddies. I would do it but I would go cross country on a bike though with friends, you get to know some American history, landmarks and some unknown adventures along the way for sure.
It's up to you of course but your young it seems so just look for a job you think you'll like or at least not mind too much lol. You can apply for school, work inside them and that helps reduce school expenses/tuition. This is just some info off the top of my head now.
It would definitely be nice to have some friends or even one person come. I just now some people don have the time or can't handle doing something like this. Its just too much for this to go through and bear (even speaking about myself). Yea, but i don't feel like I'd ever complete in my later years ,and I've thought about doing this ever since i was in High school. Plus i'd rather do it in my prime when i know i have a much better chance of completing it then being a lot older. I really don't care about fame, glory, money or any of that for this. Its more of a personal thing to me then anything. It'll also be nice to learn more about our country as well.
This is called being a vagrant dude. Your going to walk the country to find yourself and in doing so you are going to be homeless. I'm not saying you shouldn't do you but I'm saying this idea in turn makes you a vagrant. You are going to be sleeping on the streets doing what you can for money......the end result to this is getting into drugs and staying homeless. If you want to travel the globe to find yourself get a mediocre job save up money and travel the WORLD not this shitty country. You at least have a home here if you walk you'll end up on the streets.

It kind of is being vagrant, but only as in the sense of traveling. If all fails, I plan to just head back home.. its that simple(you always have home bro). Sometimes putting yourself in the worse situation, really can show what you can really do and who you are. you know how life is until you hit rock bottom because when you do... there is no place to go but up. I don't plan on doing this without money, if i can't sell the cress.. i just have to wait till i have enough money to do it. I need atleast 5k by my standards, but thinking it over i am probably gonna need somewhere between 5-8k to play it safe. I'll see exactly but better safe then sorry.
Yea, The United States might be a shitty country for all the things going on with it, but have you seen all the terrible things that happens in this country that you live in and probably don't appreciate much at all, even though its provided you with many things you can't get in other countries without the cost being 3x-8x times the price? I might not be able to make a difference in the world, but at least around the people around me.. it'll be something i can/tell/show them personally. Maybe at least i could make a difference to one person because i care enough.

almost 20 bro. Yea it felt like just something we all go through, but man im gettin to 20 then 21 and still jobless and lazy. This is something i should have stopped this behavior when i turned 18 or even 17, but it hasn't and it just continues. Everytime i try to say "thats it... im gonna do this" i just give up like a week later and go back to my old ways. Its a lot of pressure from the family, but its more then just that.
This journey probably won't solve these problems directly, but it will probably help me give me the knowledge, power, strength ,courage and willpower to solve the problems that i have just been putting off/away. I know its something that can help me become strong mentally/physically(maybe) and much more. Abilities that can help me in life with not just problems but other many things as well.
it takes balls to do some thing completly new and stray away from your roots...... and most peaple dont do or achive most of there dreams in there life some dont even marry the woman thy wanted to in the 1st place but you all i got to say is you got balls nigga do what you got to do
