I think he was walking up to the guy to say sorry. Either way it's the guys fault for standing where he was. Just likes its rally spectators fault for getting run the F over.....

100% spectator stupidity. looks to me like was maybe a pit road or course exit lane, and they standing where there is no protection.... yea same for rally shits, bitches are crazy and stand in front of airborne cars for a picture.
