The sound levels have me worried. My car, Jeremy's car and toms car are SUPER loud. I can garuantee we'll be over whatever limit any city has. Or possibly I'm not understanding it right.

The sound level rules only apply IF the city institutes them. As of now there are no limits for the Casino event.

We received the permit from the city and have not been issued any sound level restraints for the event. So you can do what you want as far as that is concerned.
