if I dont buy the car I drive a friends track car, if I do buy the car I think I can do this solo in a day at the shop, maybe 2 if needed I have some reliable friends reasy to help. :)
 
^ add another day for the SR I just got from BMPC looks like wendsday I'm gonna be tearing apart my new car and cleaning it outside - in.

thanks, hopefully if I get a car within 2 days it's possible. 1 day doing swap and the other day getting the ecu wired etc.

Yea lol that was wrong it's of value they said 2500$.

for 7k you'de expect a s15 engine with tranny installed. that would of been sick as shit. but damn a SR for 200$ can't go wrong.(yes I bought 2 tickets)

No, it was a stupid announcer who clearly talked way more than he understood. He also raffled an "engine cooler", which quickly was corrected to an "input cooler", and finally he got slapped and said "inter cooler".

Then he announced the raffle for the $7k SR, which soon became $6k, while the paper said $2500 value (which was still doubtful as I was pretty sure it was a redtop).

the announcer must of been mad not seeing any smoke from the dyno..


for anyone that dont know he was on the radio supposedly and said that "they're taking out this portable dyno thing, tell you what I want to see, is some smoke".

dude my car has been undriveable for 2 days and all thats been done is oil change valve adjustment fuel filter and pads and rotors. I need to chop chop to get this shit done.

Anyone know of a decent motel in the area of the event on the 9th? I'm planning on driving up on Friday night and would like to get a place lined up before then.

Haha... the S13 seats suck enough just driving in them, i can't imagine sleeping in them. Besides, my wife would be a PITA to deal with the next day if she spent the night in the car.

on royal palm beach blvd, and southern blvd(sr 80)
 
So I know it was discussed before but I wanted to know if there is going to be a tire changer at this event for sure ? anyways this event is going to be dope as fuck can't wait..
