Ter-Tech event has ben cancelled

Simply but we were under the understanding that 1 week (5 days) is enough warning time for the insurance company , little did we know it isn't. They need minimum 10 working days. There is nothing more or less to say about it. As I said it was my fault not Christopher Columbus or my neighbor or your sister or Dan the Alchemist. As far as getting 100% ready for the event before the pre reg. is open, if you are willing to bring down the near $6000 that this event would have cost us and pay for it up front from your own pocket, without knowing for sure wheter anybody will show up or not. I will hire you immediately to run and organize the events. That is just my view professionally.

If there will be a next event it will be sometime in February 2006. This way you have time to get ready, so no one can say that there wasn't enough warning time.

Plenty of time and thanks for explaining not that people ever listen.

Thanks for the statement.. I can rest easy now; knowing that it was not my fault for the event getting cancelled

this is truly a sad day...but UMZenki is right we need to do something about this....i know that 90% of us on this forum puts most of their paychecks into the cars (mostly tires for events)....this is not the end of drifting in South Florida...Does anyone know of a up-and-coming tuning shop that could use the rep that could assemble a drift event..or even a couple shops....WE CAN'T GIVE UP ON DRIFTING!!!!

ESR Racing is up and coming, they're working on my car as we speak and they're a cool bunch of guys, maybe they'll be interested in this kind of promotion.
