Temperature gauge half way. normal?!?!

So is it normal for 240sx to be running at that temperature or is something wrong with my car?!?! my fan works. i have pretty close to 50/50 mixture of antifreeze. any help would be appreciated. thanks. New radiator, hoses, no blown gasket, everything works fine. Is just this. I've been wondering for a while now, sort of been ignoring it. Since it always stays in the middle when the cars warm.

Coolant temp sensor maybe?

lol reminds me of chino......
stock gauges are horrible for measuring temp anyway....check the pressure on the hose and use something else to measure temp....but you should be good tho according to what you said
 
i road race my s14 and daily it. the temp stays at a just a tiny bit above half, like i mean unnoticably above. so yea its good bro.

And then the car will never reach proper temp and be stuck in warm up and dump fuel and run like crap.

Get a aftermarket water temp gauge if you are concerned with the water temp, as I said in my above post it is not accurate and will only let you know when your about to have a melt down.

thats bullshit i never run a stat in my cars and have never had any problems what so ever because of it
