sorry photoshop filters are for noobs try overlaying pictures and textures or try reading tutorials to get ideas on creating better effects. I also create my own filters if i can figure out how to export them i can send you them.

You need a tripod. Set the camera up. Take the shot with the hood open and then one closed.

In photoshop open up both pictures and put the shot with the hood closed on the top layer and then just erase the hood. Make sure you feather the brush so its not as harsh an edge.
