If i were a KA man, no. I just don't like superchargers. I had a supercharged car once, roots type like this too. Turbo's are just more fun and have greater potential.
 
I'd do it but I would use a toyota SC14 supercharger and put it where the a/c compressor is
 
**** i like the idea suppercharged and turbo charged what!!!!!!lol i would try anything once

^exactly takes power to make power.
 
Well turbos do rob your engine of some horsepower...they are parasitic to an extent b/c of backpreassure created by the turbine...but yes, SC's are worse for sure.

kenrik, cmon dude get your facts straight!
i (SPEEDLAB) am the only one that has bolt-on ka supercharger kits, not any other shop.
ill post pics, prices, dyno results soon .
 
but if you read the article you can use both ;) turbo and supercharger for the ultimate set up :bigthumbu of course im not even sure how to regulate boost on a supercharged/turboed engine but it just sounds soo badass :bigthumbu
 
oh my god man i used to talk to m4nfred about it all the time about why no one has ever done but this was back then like a year n a half ago, and now its finally been done
