When are you guys planning to host this?

I was one of those noobs that Spun out twice on one of my runs and i decided to drive out of the track, the way i saw it was simple i was entering wrong and countering to slow, so on my next run i went out and fixed my problem instead of doing a donut after spining out i decided to fixed my mistakes.

Gymkhana you damn a-holes.. why do you want to throw newbies into 60+mph entries when they were having a hard enough time doing a 35-40mph one. Then you will all complain that no one gets seat time cuz everyone spinning out, well take the time to help them improve their car control at lower speeds first duhhh. The experienced guys would love gymkhana too I bet. but oh well, I say make a 90mph entry

A gymkhana would give even less seat time. We'd all be confused just trying to figure out the course and spinouts would be a lot more common when the course consists of 10+, 360 degree turns. Just go to a damn auto-x already!

I AGREE....LET'S KEEP THE GYMKHANA STYLE FOR PARKING LOTS LIKE HOMESTEAD...

WERE TALKING ABOUT AN AIRPORT HERE....I SAY WE STAY WITH THE LARGER SCALE COURSE LAYOUT....BUT FOR NOOBS WE MIGHT HAVE ANOTHER COURSE LAYOUT

TWO SEPERATE LAYOUTS, ONE DAY.....MAYBE EVERYBODY WILL GET BETTER SEAT TIME THIS WAY :bigthumbu

it doesnt have to be a full out gymkhana lol it could be like ter-tech did that one event at hialeah "drift clinic" w/e they called it, that was my first ter-tech event and I learned a lot with my stock car and very fun.. then after that it just went balls to the wall and then like 10 cars hitting walls and what not :D

depends on if I can bring the s12 down, Im doing alot of nessary things right now to it since moneys not as tight right now.

Maybe start a thread and see if there's interest for a drift clinic day. Those seem to be lacking in this state but if there's demand, maybe you and Harri or the BMPC guys can make it happen.

I am cool with a drift clinic, i will be more than happy to even pay a bit more for one, there is always room for improvement. Most of us who enjoy drifting would love to keep on improving, in my opinion the most important part about drifting is consistancy, thats why i believe that ter tech should keep the same lay out, until we see a constant improvement on the drivers, a better use of the line and less spin outs. Then you move up into faster entry. I also think there should be a clinic, maybe one weekend instead of an event we have a clinic. To teach N00bs like me and so many others a better understanding of car Physics and dynamics. For some of the N00bs out there hit up Auto X. They improve your driving and helps to make all of you better drivers.
