Stupid and annoying

Well I dunno wat happened, but it happened all of a sudden, everytime I press my brakes my dash lights up, n at night wen I turn on my lights my brake light stays on, WTF??? I checked the wires nothing split Noreen is anything touching them, I also checked the fuse dunno why I did but I did, so wat else lmk please, it annoying me.
 
Brake light might be a little green tab behind the brake pedal that probably fell/broke off.. Dash prob idk..
 
its not the pedal clip its a short between running lights and brake light harness. check the taillights those plastic bulb holders often melt and short the circuit.
 
Just finished checking the brake Light plastic cover holder thing, its fine not melted or nething the only thing I can probably think of is dat stupid brake switch thing.
