Street Fighter IV!

the xbox controller blows for this game.... The game for some reason is uber hard in arcade mode... the level of skills on multiplayer is insane.... played a french dude, the guy was telling me, he was on a 25 match winning streak. Then he proceded to whoop my ass twice... he used Akuma and raped me with a perfect match, then i took one round from him using Abel, but he came back and whooped me... I have blisters in my finger now... What i found out to help, was to costum the buttons... get rid of the throw button, and set up your HK,LK,MK, and HP,LP,MP so it becomes easier...
 
just got my copy today... my favorite character has always been bison... but he is hard as hell to learn in this game. i now have a new favorite character

The online play is forking REDICULOUS. People are so good at this game it isnt even funny. This is coming from a guy that used to open shop on 3rd strike all day long. Maybe im getting too old or something :laugh:

I can still hold my own but the online is definately a challenge. I mentioned the hardest arcade mode being tough, but when its against another human its a different kind of tough.

I am glad to see Gouki isnt HD remix pussy spec anymore. He plays more like 3rd strike. The polygons are messing my timing up BAAAAD. Im used to sprite animation and timing. Im slowly getting the hang of the controller, but my stick NEEDS to be made asap. I cant pull off string combos very well with the analog stick.

im REALLY digging this game. I have played only 2 online matches (50/50) I feel there will be some badass matchups on live. I say SFL tourney asap when everyone gets a feel for it.

if u havnt got Gouken, u have to beat the game with Akuma first then u can use anyone u want and beat the game with 2 perfects and 3 ultras (not super) and u cant die, once u do that after Seth u will battle Gouken and if u win he is urs.
have fun he is awesome.

anyone in PS3 let me know wen we can scrap SN: xero240
 
I got him already, about 4 people away from seth

im still howling at the fact that Abels tornado throw can beat Goukis ultra raging demon.........if that isnt some bullshit I dont know what is.

Walked into FYE and all 4 are still there. There is 1 360 and 2 PS3 se sticks left. If anyone is having issues getting one shoot me a PM I will be glad to ship one out to you. Not many people down here will appreciate it and I know there is MAD shortage everywhere

The stick feels very nice. The second I picked it up I got a rush of nostalgia :) I have played around 20 matches or so with it. The stick works properly...but everything feels loose. The buttons are coming out INSTANTLY for sanwas. The stick I dont mind so much although I need to re train my left hand for stick movement. I think the stick is a bit short. I thought the square gate was gonna be a problem, but again its not too much of a problem. There is very minimal sound nothing sounds too clackly. Its a bit awkward holding it in your lap, and you dont have very much place to rest your hands. You have to remap the buttons if you want a japanese style setup. The default joystick puts it at the flat button level. I think that feels strange on my wrists Overall I am happy with the stick.

I havent popped it open yet as I am having too much fun playing SF on a stick again. FADC madness here I come!

iam playing super street fighter IV now.. . and the game is now more level than before. and game is fun as hell. my main char is GUILE. <3
