stock turbo timer?

i cant find eveidence to prove or disprove this.. my beater definitely has a turbo timer.. but it is not set on a certain amount of time.. but it delays cutoff according to engine temp.. any1 know?
 
there is a stock turbo timer
its pretty rare

damn great info guys thanks.. so is it say to say that if my VIN says RPS13 that it could a limited model?
