still having problems

ok well today i went at it again and after doing some research i saw that the reason i could be getting the codes P1605 ( A/T diagnosis communication line) and P0705 (Pnp/Inhibitor switch) is because the car was swapped to manual but the ECU is auto?

does this make sense?

i thought the auto ecu could be used on the 5speed swap

well im running the auto ecu but im getting engine codes that people online are saying that it has to do with the auto ecu. Ima try to get the 5spd one from the kouki the guy took the engine from.
