sr20det idle at 1200RPM WARM

tps OR clean butterfly OR there is another spring thing under the throttle spring. on the bottom of the spring has a screw with a nut (pretty small) that is touching a pin. loose the nut and play with screw. there is another one on top of throttle. loosen that one also. they act like shims for the throttle. good luck.
 
I had the same problem - fixed with an inline ball valve between the IACV and Intercooler piping - then you can set your idle wherever u want :)

Get a set of grip pliers and clamp on that hose and you'll see what the ball valve basically does just incase you wanted to try it - goodluck

Yeah but my idle is high with the throttle plate completely closed.

so if it is 1200 with throttle closed, im guessin u have an air leak into the manifold. ill go with the other guys and try another iacv.
