SR vs KA

ok so i know this is a never ending subject and everyone has a different opinion

I dont know whether i should buy a ka n build it in my garage slowly

or do an sr swap.

my goal is to have boost, i would like something nice an reliable, maybe like 350whp :D and eventually start using it to drift.

whats the pros and cons to building a KA to buying an sr considering money, power, and reliability.

(btw i did google it already i just want different opinions)
 
I know OF cars but sadly i dont know anything about how to fix cars. It saddens me greatly. I am only 17, but how am i gonna juggle learning about the mechanics of a automoblie while going to college. On the subject of colleges, I applied to UF, any opinions on it? should i stay local?
