Do you guys have any idea Wtf it sounds like its coming from the head but its louder from under the car by the driver side ? Lol anyways here's the video listen as it gets louder then stops and so on

Get a better video but from what I can grasp it does sound like rod knock

The car runs the same and I did a coil test and its still making the sound it went away for a day then it came back just not nearly as loud my camera won't pick up the sound , that's how quiet it got

Rod knock does not "Go Away" ... could be the timing chain. The SOHC has an issue with the plastic timing chain guide thing ... it can break and you get that sound.

I would recommend pulling off the head cover and look down at the timing chain... I bet you see where it's loose and slapping the metal.
