who goes out gets a "full legal" drift cage installed in there car(paid for or free) and then gets a set of non FIA approved seats? or let alone a proven track/race seat. ur willing to risk ur life/health to save a couple bucks?
 
Did it ever occur to you that the seats have been in the car before the fdc even started or the fact that I've read the rules and understand that there not legal and planing on replacing it accordingly? In situations where they dont work I use the oem seat untill I can afford an FIA seat. Its a show car too and how it sits is not always how it runs. So no my life is not worth saving a few bucks. I just have to deal with what I've got right now.

good looking cage Will, but come on you are a drifter. That means cage needs to be a bright color and possible metallic flake.
 
workin on it I just had to have it presentable for D1 and black is what I had. I'm thinking of matching the bodies silver or maybe something much brighter.
